AMATEGEKO AGENGA IMIRIRE IBONEYE

Ndashaka guhera ku magambo y’umucurabwenge w’umugiriki wabayeho mu kinyejana cya gatatu mbere ya Kristo witwa HYPOCRATES. Uyu yaravuze ati:

                “reka ibyo kurya byawe bibe ari imiti, kandi reka imiti yawe ibe ari ibyo kurya.”

  • Itegeko ry’Ubwinshi (Law of Quantity):

Ukeneye kurya ibyo kurya bihagije rwose. Nibitaba ibyo, hazabaho kugwingira kuko wariye bicye, cyangwa imyivumbagatanyo y’umubiri kuo wawupakiyemo byinshi.

  • N’ibikatsikatsi (vegetable fibers)

  • Itegeko ry’ingano (Law of Balance)

Ingano ya za ntungamubiri tuvuze haruguru, ikwiriye kuba iri kuri gahunda, ikitabwaho. Ku isahane yawe reka

  • Ibinyasukari bibe hagati ya 55-75%
  • Ibinyamavuta bibe hagati ya 15-30%
  • Inyubakamubiri zibe hagati ya 10-15%
  • Itegeko ryo kujyanisha (Law of Adequacy)
