Amahame yo kwitungira amagara mazima

Imana Umuremyi ni yo dukesha ubuzima dufite,“kuko ari muri yo dufite ubugingo bwacu.” Ibyakozwe n’Intumwa 17:28. Mu by’ukuri wowe usoma ibi,  ukwiriye kuzirikana yuko uri UW’AGACIRO GAKOMEYE CYANE. Uri umurimo w’intoki z’Imana.

Ibyo bihesha mwene muntu amahirwe akomeye yo kwita ku mibiri yacu. Imana yatugize ibisonga by’imibiri yacu.  Nuko rero ntukisuzugure, cyangwa ngo wibwire ko wapfuye kubaho gusa, ahubwo waturutse mu mu bitekerezo by’iyaguhanze, kandi yagushyiriyeho kugira umumaro mu isi.

Ariko wowe ntujya ubibona, yuko amatungo iyo akuze bayarya cyangwa bakayakoresha indi mirimo itandukanya? Nta miryango iharanira uburenganzira bw’inyamaswa kugeza ubu.

Ihame rya 1: Jya wita ku Mirire Yawe

Kurya ni wo murimo w’ibanze mu buzima bwa muntu, kuko ari wo umutera no kugira ikindi akora. Turabyemeranyaho ko NTA KINDI USHOBORA GUKORA NIBA UTARYA (kuko nyine ntabwo waramba), kandi na none UKWIRIYE GUKORA KUGIRA NGO UBASHE KUBONA IBYO KURYA. Birumvikana KURYA ni ryo pfundo ry’ibiduhangayitsa muri ubu buzima.

None se ni kuki abantu bafite ubumenyi bucyeya bwerekeye imirire? kuki bantu barya uko babonye? bakarya ibyo babonye? Kandi barira igihe baboneye?

Ibyigisho bikurikira iki bizagufasha kumenya uburyo bukwiriye bwo gukora uyu murimo w’ingenzi uri kurya.

Ihame rya 2: Jya Uhumeka Umwuka Mwiza

Ibi na byo birisobanura ko ari ingenzi cyane kubyitaho, kuko ari wo murimo dukora ubutaruhuka, uhereye igihe twari tukiri mu nda za ba mama.

Guhumeka ni ikimenyetso cy’uko uriho! Ntibishoboka ko wakomeza kubaho umaze iminota 15 udahumetse [uretse ko na yo ari myinshi cyane]. Abahanga bavuga yuko iyo umaze umunota umwe ubwonko butakira umwuka mwiza (oxygen) utunyangingo (cells/cellules) tugize ubwonko dutangira gupfa; nyuma y’iminota itatu ubwonko buba bugeze aharindimuka, ndetse hashobora kutazagarurwa byoroshye rwose.

Iki rero nacyo ni icyemezo ukwiriye gufata.  imenyereze guhumeka neza.dore icyo wakora.

  1. Kora umwitozo wo guhumeka cyane kenshi gashoboka. None se bikorwa bite? Hagarara wemye, winjirize umwuka mu mazuru. Injiza mwinshi uko imbaraga zawe zingana (byibuze amasegonda 8).   5. Irinde kwegera ahari umwuka wanduye uko bigushobokera kose: ahari ibyotsi by’imodoka, aho banywera itabi, ubwiherero budapfundikiye, umwotsi wo mu ziko, imbabura, n’ahandi.

Ihame rya 3: Jya Unywa Amazi Ahagije

Ibi byo biratangaje cyane! Wari uzi yuko uko wubakitse 60% byawe ari amazi? Urabibona nawe ko ugizwe n’amazi , niyo mpamvu ukeneye amazi ahagije kugira ngo ukomeze kugubwa neza.

Nyamara ushobora kwibaza uti nkeneye amazi angana iki?

Igisubizo kiroroshye: niba nta zindi mpamvu zaguteye gutakaza amazi menshi (nk’imyitozo, uburwayi bugutera kuruka cyangwa guhitwa, …), dore urugero rwo hasi rw’amazi ukwiriye gufata ku munsi:

Amazi dukeneye ntabwo ari akoreshejwe imbere gusa, ahubwo dukeneye no kuyakoresha inyuma twiyuhagira, dufura imyenda twambara, ndetse rimwe na rimwe tukayakoresha nk’ubuvuzi.

Ibyerekeye ubuvuzi bukoresheje amazi tuzabugarukaho mu byigisho bitaha.

Ihame rya 4: Jya Ubyaza Umusaruro Izuba mu Buryo Buboneye

Burya izuba ridufitiye akamaro gakomeye kuko ari ryo soko y’imbaraga ku biri ku isi byose. Izuba riramutse ridahari, ibibazo bikomeye byatwibasira.

No ku buzima bwa muntu rero ni uko :

  • Izuba ni ryo dukomoraho vitamini D ikomeza amagupfa yacu ikayarinda kuvunagurika
  • Ryica udukoko twatuzanira akaga ku mibiri yacu.

Mbese ntabwo ujya ubibona ko mu gihe cy’ubukonje ari bwo abantu bibasirwa n’ibicurane kurusha mu gihe cy’izuba ?

Ihame rya 6: Jya Uruhuka Bihagije.

Iri na ryo ni itegeko rigenga ibifite ubuzima, ko nyuma yo gukora hakurikiraho kuruhuka. Nyamara benshi baremerewe n’imibereho y’iki gihe, ku buryo batabona umwanya uhagije rwose wo kuruhuka. Reka mbamenyeshe yuko bari gushyira ubuzima bwab mu kaga, ndetse reka mvuge yuka bari kwiyahura. Ubwo buryo bwo gushaka ubuzima, urimo gutakaza nubwo wari ufite burarwaye.

Ndakumenyesha yuko ucyeneye byibuze amasaha arindwi cyangwa umunani ya buri munsi yo kuruhuka, ukaryama ugasinzira.

Nimutekereze icyabaye mu gihe cya guma mu rugo aho bamwe twamaze mu nzu amezi arenga atatu tudakora, kubera icyorezo cya CORONA VIRUSI. None se hari ubwo ubuzima bwahagaze bitewe nuko tutabyutse amajoro tujya gushakisha ?

Ihame rya 7: Jya Wirinda Ibyakwangiza

Niba ushaka kugira ubuzima bwiza, jya wirinda ibyangiza ubuzima nyine.

Reka guhaza ipfa ryawe wishyira mu kaga!

Burya uko byaba bikuryohera kose, birangirana no kubitapfuna. Iyo bimaze kurenga umuhogo, uburyohe bwabyo buba butacyumvikana, ubundi umubiri wose ugasigara uhanganye n’ingaruka zo kudashobora kwitegeka kwawe.

Mu byo kwirinda twavuga itabi, ibinyobwa bisembuye, ibiyobyabwenge by’uburyo bwose, ikawa, n’ibindi.

Umuntu ufite kwiringira Iman anta bwoba bw’ahazaza afite. Amaganya ntamubyimbiramo ngo amugeze ku burwayi bw’umubiri cyangwa kwiyahura, kuko ayabwira Imana.

Bene uwo muntu aba afite amahoro yo mu mutima, atajya arogowa na Byacitse.

Iki na cyo, ni icyemezo gicyenewe gufatwa mu buzima bwawe.

Dusoma mu nyandiko zera amagambo akurikira:

“Imana yifuza ko dushyikira urugero rw’ubutungane rwahinduwe

igishoboka n’impano ya Kristo. Iduhamagarira gukora amahitamo ku ruhande rwa nyarwo, ngo twifatanye n’abakozi bayo bo mw’ijuru, ngo maze twimenyereze amahame azatuma dusubirana ishusho yayo muri twe. Mu magambo yayo yanditswe no mu gitabo gikomeye cy’ibyaremwe yahishuye amahame y’ubuzima. Ni umurimo wacu gushyikira ubumenyi kuri ayo mahame, ndetse bivuye no mu kumvira tukanafatanya nayo mu gusubiza ubuzima buzira umuze mu mubiri kimwe no mu bugingo. – Umurimo w’Ubuvuzi, pp. 114, 115.
